Description
This Kit is suitable for the conveyancing of property transfers registered under Torrens title and the Subdivision Act, 1988.
This covers most properties. These titles use:
- Volume and Folio number
OR - Lot and Registered Plan number (Strata title–Subdivision Act 1988)
The kit is not suitable for:
- General Law Title (Identified by reference to “Book and Memorial numbers”)
- Stratum Title
