Definitions

‘We’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means DIY Conveyancing Kits Pty Ltd ACN 007 327 291, its authors and editors.

‘You’ and ‘your’ means any purchaser or user of a kit published by DIY Conveyancing Kits Pty Ltd ACN 007 327 291.

Your licence to use our kits

We licence you for a single use of our kit. You may use a combined purchase and sale kit for one purchase and one sale. You may use a purchase, sale, refinance or discharge of mortgage kit for a single property purchase, sale, refinance or discharge of mortgage. If you want to use a kit for another purchase, sale, refinance or discharge of mortgage, you need to purchase a fresh copy of it for that use.

Our liability

We supply our kits to you on the understanding that we are not responsible for:

• The results of any action that you or anyone else takes or fails to take on the basis of information in the kits or given by our support service.
• Any errors or omissions in the kits or support service.

We expressly disclaim any and all liability to any person, whether a purchaser of this publication or not, in respect of anything or the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done by any such person in reliance, whether whole or partial, upon the whole or any part of the contents of our kits.

These kits are sold subject to the condition that they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, re-sold, hired out or otherwise circulated without the publisher’s prior consent in any form of binding or cover other than that in which they are published without a similar condition including this condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser.
