With the introduction of PEXA from the 1st August 2024, you must use a Solicitor or Conveyancer for the last 1/3rd of your conveyance, but you can still be in control for the other 2/3rds yourself. The Government through the Land Titles Office has taken away your right for you to do a paper transaction.

You can still do your own conveyancing using our D.I.Y. Conveyancing Kit.
We have acquired the services of a Solicitor who is able to assist our customers with the last 1/3rd of your conveyance for the PEXA process.
eConveyancing has added an extra $350 to $400 per workspace for the D.I.Y. user, but you can still be in control of the other 2/3rds of your conveyance by using our Conveyancing Kits.
